We highly recommend this hotel. The location is right in the center of Milan, only 1-2 minutes walk to Milan Duomo and other locations including the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II shopping center. The hotel staff was very helpful, especially in finding and providing information regarding the nearest car parking location. we recommend this hotel for family holidays and those looking for a location right in the city center

Renovation currently going on had to move rooms due to noise of drills and banging. Older hotel in need of many upgrades. No restaurant is on site. Continental breakfast limited to the same cold eggs and foods daily. Small food menu served at rooftop bar and long wait times even though there were few customers. The location is close to the Duomo etc. I decided to check out early. Definitely would not stay here again or recommend.

This hotel has a weird smell to it and the carpets have stains everywhere. Definitely need to be replaced. None of the electrical outlets work with the standard EU charger because the building is too old. After calling the front desk asking if they had any charging converters they said no and tried to find a store nearby but everything was closed at 8 pm. Instead all our devices were useless the next day until we found a coffee shop and charge outside the hotel. Also the elevators are very slow if you are staying on a high floor. There are only 2 elevators and 11 floors. I would consider this to be a 2 star hotel, not 4. We will not be coming back.

today at 29/10/2023 between 09:00-10:00 we delayed for our flight because of the mean behavior of the lady in front desk. I dont want to blame whole hotel because of the front desk service, but we asked for a taxi from yesterday night for 09:30, today we were at reception at 09:10 and we told okay please call the taxi. Since they have the apptaxi button, taxi always comes in max. 5 minutes. then she made us to wait until 10:10. When we ask she only said arriving arriving but you told it is at 10:00. We said no we wanted it 09:30, can you please call it now. She said with this mean behavior 'Wait! Arriving! Arriving!' and the other front desk service people too, no smiling face, no understanding, and really they are so cold and mean people. Especially for that lady, I wish her a little calm and good vibes. She made our only holiday for this year with a stressful end.

AWFUL hotel. Room reeked of mold and urine. Dated doesn’t begin to describe this hotel….more like dilapidated. Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Another guest got into my hotel room with their room key. Major safety and privacy concerns with keys fitting multiple room locks. Raised concerns with front and their response was to upgrade us for hefty additional change. Terrible customer service. Read this review and the others and do NOT stay here. Awful experience.
